Confirm your completion

Freeway reports completion electronically for California-licensed drivers after you pass and pay. How reporting works.

  1. Save your confirmation

Santa Clara says the approved school notifies the court; no additional student submission is needed for normal reporting.

  2. Ask a clerk about an unresolved record

Use the virtual counter or published Traffic contact with your citation and reporting confirmation.

Common questions

No citation or notice yet?

Notices commonly take 45–60 days. Check by the citation date and follow the court's instructions; contact it if nothing appears within 90 days.

Must the school be in Santa Clara County?

No. The court allows any California DMV-approved school, including online courses. Obtain permission before completing Freeway.
