  3. Save the permission letter

    After full court payment, the clerk sends the letter and continues the case 60 days. Follow the letter's deadline.

Need payment help and school?

Ask the clerk before using MyCitations, which excludes school requests. Siskiyou's school policy requires full bail and does not allow partial payments or community service in its place.

Bought insurance after the citation?

The court distinguishes coverage at the violation time from later coverage. Submit the required insurance documents; an officer's sign-off alone is insufficient.

Live outside the county?
