Confirm your completion

Freeway reports completion electronically for California-licensed drivers after you pass and pay. How reporting works.

  1. Meet your approved deadline

Save your completion confirmation. A response extension does not automatically extend school.

  2. Contact Court Services

Call (530) 623-1208 with the case number and completion details. Use phone or counter service for urgent questions.

Common questions

School is not offered on my notice. Can I enroll?

Ask Trinity about permission first. A course purchase does not authorize school for the citation.

Need installments with school?

Contact Collections at (530) 623-1208. Confirm how the proposed payment arrangement works with your school request.

What insurance proof is accepted?

Follow the correction instructions for documents showing coverage of the cited vehicle at the violation time. Self-certification is not accepted.
